گاهشمار زرتشتی روز پنجم - "سِپَندارمَزد" روز
The fifth (5th) Day in the Zoroastrian calendar called "Sepan-dar-mazd", and Pahlavi name of the flower name is" Rayhan-shirin" and the Latin name is "Sweet Basil"i
این گیاه در طب به عنوان بادشکن، ضد تشنج، مقوی معده، معرق و زیاد کننده ترشحات صفرا تجویز می‌شود. به علاوه در رفع سرگیجه، رفع حالت قی زنان باردار و بی خوابی و ضعف مصرف آن توصیه شده است
این گیاه در طب گیاهی به عنوان یک آرام بخش ملایم و ترویج کننده خواب استفاده می شود. آن را به عنوان داروهای بسیار گوناگون و گونه های مختلف استفاده می شود و "سکال-کَپ" در راه های مشابه استفاده می شود.
استفاده سنتی از "سکال-کَپ" آبی نباید با دیگر "سکال-کَپ"ها اشتباه گرفته شود، که بیش از 350 گونه مختلف از "سکال-کَپ" وجود دارد و همۀ آن ها مانند هم استفاده نمی شوند. "سکال-کَپ" آبی مثل "سکال-کَپ" متداول ("سکال-کَپ" 1)، وسترن "سکال-کَپ" ("سکال-کَپ" 2)، "سکال-کَپ" جنوبی ("سکال-کَپ" 3)، که همه آنها از نظر ژنتیکی مشابه هم و مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند.
ا"سکال-کَپ" آبی و "سکال-کَپ" های متداول عمدتا برای استفاده های سنتی خود به عنوان بخور دادن و چای گیاهی شناخته شده اند

گاه نامه/گاهشمار زرتشتیان با نمره (شماره) خوانده نمی شود و هفته ندارند، هر روز ماه "نام" مخصوص خود را دارد و هر ماه 30 روز است و 5 روز آخر سال هم "نام" مخصوص خودشان را دارند و هر چهار سال یکبار هم روز اضافه برای سال کبیشه دارند که نام خودش را داشته، که در اینجا شما را با روزهای ماه آشنا می کنم و همچنین نام گل ها که به این روزها بستگی دارد هم اشاره می کنم

Scutellaria Lateriflora used as pain relieve and anti-eczema skin is caused by stress. Use this herb to relieve and eliminate the discomfort of stomach digestion, including gas and indigestion
This plant has many branches and extension and its grow in most temperate regions of Asia and Europe (including Iran). The leaves shape like oval and heart-shape and the leaves edge is jagged (teeth). This plant roots is small and shape like cylindrical and is hard and split. The Flowers are white or rose and there are 6 to 12 flowers have been integrated in the sides of the leaves. The fruits look like nuts and brown color
This plant uses as medicine and administer such as carminative, anti-seizure, diaphoretic, gastric secretions and booster bile secretion. In addition, has been recommended for elimination of dizziness and eliminate the puke mode in pregnant women (regurgitation) and insomnia and weakness
The traditional uses of Blue Skullcap should not be confused with those of other Skullcaps as there are over 350 different species of Skullcap and they are not all used in the same way. Blue Skullcap is used like Common Skullcap (S. galericulata - 1), Western Skullcap- (S. canescens - 2), and Southern Skullcap -(S. cordifolia - 3), all of which are genetically similar
Blue Skullcap and Common Skullcap are mainly known for their traditional use as an incense and herbal tea

Zoroastrian calendar doesn't call by "numbers", they don't have weeks, every day of the month has its own "Name" and each month has 30 days, and last five days of the year has their own "Names" too. Also for Leap year they have a name for that extra name as well
Here I mention the "Name of each day" and the name of flower that bind with each day
